Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.more
Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.
Stroller Barre is included in your Stroller Strides membership or class pass. It is currently offered once a month.more
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
