What is Body Well?

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes:

  • nutritional focus & guidance

  • twice weekly small group private training sessions

  • online workout video library

  • before and after assessments and measurements

  • recipes and meal planners

  • one-on-one personal coaching

  • community support

  • accountability

  • weekly physical and nutritional challenges

Body Well is not just a "bootcamp for moms". We are a results-based support group helping women overcome the obstacles they face while trying to achieve the best version of themselves.

Is Body Well Right For You?

Moms considering this program should be:

  • at least 3-4 months postpartum

  • getting at least one 6-hour stretch of sleep per night

  • ready to commit to 2-3 workouts per week

  • be open to making nutritional changes

You will not waste your money if you are willing and ready to do the work. This program is for you! You will start to notice changes in energy levels, nutrition habits, body appearance and overall health during your session.

You don't have to ask, "will it work for me"? Body Well is designed to work for you IF you do the work. You will be provided before and after photos and assessments. Your progress will be tracked. You will develop habits that will last beyond Body Well.

Why Does Body Well work

Great Accountability & Supportive Mom Group

This program was created and designed by moms, for moms! However, all women are welcome to join.

We make it as easy as possible to commit to the best version of you.

  • Time. Commit to just 2-3 in-person workouts every week.

  • Accountability. We don't just sign you up and forget about you. We check in on you weekly to make sure you are attending class and committing to your nutrition. We offer weekly challenges to keep you on track.

  • Support. Our small group coaching allows you to connect with other teammates and our private online page allows you to post and share your questions, struggles, wins, etc.

  • Nutrition. We focus heavily on creating small habits over the course of the 8 weeks that are compatible with mom life.

  • Results. Each session begins and ends with fitness assessments and measurements, so you can see the results of your transformation.

Mondays, 7-8pm at the Shops at Dos Lagos (Corona)

Wednesdays, 7-8pm at Harada Park (Eastvale)
